Villa Pacifica Condo – OFF-SITE

We have expanded our accommodation portfolio to include a new OFF-PROPERTY condo called Villa Pacifica. Villa Pacifica is located 2 -3 minutes down our road, directly below Pacific Edge Eco Lodge. We have added this for those of you looking for a more private escape with all the modern conveniences of home.

This is a modern, air conditioned, luxury 2 story condo with both a master & guest bedroom, featuring stunning ocean views from both the master and downstairs patios, (you may even see whales breaching in the distance) two pools (shared with other residences) and all the modern amenities of home you may need.

It is a two bedroom 2 1/2 bath villa that sleeps up to 6 people. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest room. We have a pull out sofa in the downstairs living area for 1 or 2 people.

Each room host their own private bathroom and shower with hot running water, a fully equipped kitchen, full stove with oven, microwave and a full size refrigerator. We have installed smart tv’s through out, reliable wifi, a workstation for remote workers, dining tables both indoor and on the outdoor patio. There is also a pull out sofa downstairs in the living room that may sleep an additional 2 guests. This is a great space for couples and or families looking for a private home during their vacation. Children of all ages are welcome with their family.

It will be available for short term (2 night minimum) or long term use starting in November 2022.

Bungalow Suite Four

Cabin Four – The Bungalow Suite

Cabin Four, also known as the Bungalow Suite, is our largest and most private cabina. This rustic wooden cabina offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with screened-in windows, surrounded by jungle, ocean, and mountain views.

Key Features:

  • Spacious Layout: Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a sofa, desk and chairs.
  • Bedding Options: King-size bed, queen-size bed, twin bed, and a single sofa/couch; sleeps up to six adults comfortably
  • Private Patio: Long private patio with a hammock, dining table, and chairs, offering amazing views and frequent sightings of monkeys, toucans, and a variety of birds.
  • Modern Amenities: Wi-Fi, hot water showers, and an in-room safe
  • Comfortable Accommodations: Quick-dry, comfy towels; newly handmade beds with brand-new linens; extra pillows available
  • Full Kitchen: Equipped with cooking utensils and a full size refrigerator
  • Climate Control: Ceiling and floor fans provided for additional comfort.

Access Note: Cabin 4 is located at the bottom of the property, accessed by about 40 steps down the mountain ridge, directly past the other cabins. Please consider this if you have difficulties with stairs. On the plus side, it’s a great workout with a wonderful view!

Booking Information:

  • Year-Round: Cabins 2 and 4 require a two-night minimum stay
  • Low Season (June – October): Cabin 1 and Cabin 3 may be booked for a one-night stay

Cabina Three

Cabin Three is similar to the same layout as Cabin Two, which is also a charming rustic wooden cabina featuring an open-air concept and screened-in windows. Enjoy stunning ocean and mountain vistas from your private balcony. This bungalow is popular for couples or groups of up to four guests.

  • Bedding Options: Two twin beds (can be pushed together to form a king) and one queen bed
  • Private Balcony: Includes a hammock for relaxation
  • Modern Amenities: Wi-Fi, hot water shower, and an in-room safe
  • Comfortable Accommodations: Quick-dry, comfy towels; newly handmade beds with brand-new linens; extra pillows available
  • Kitchenette: Equipped with coffee maker, complimentary coffee and sugar, cooking utensils and a mini refrigerator
  • Climate Control: Ceiling and floor fans provided for additional comfort.

Booking Information:

  • High Season (December – May): Two-night minimum stay
  • Low Season (June – October): Cabin 1 and Cabin 3 may be booked for a one-night stay
  • Year-Round: Cabins 2 and 4 require a two-night minimum stay

Cabin Two is a charming, rustic wooden cabina featuring an open-air concept with screened-in windows. Enjoy stunning ocean and mountain vistas from your private balcony. This bungalow is popular for couples or groups of up to four guests.

Cabina One

Cabin One is the first of our cabinas, located closest to the Rancho (breakfast area), our personal home, and the pool and lounge area. This popular bungalow is ideal for couples but can comfortably sleep up to three guests. Being nearest to the common areas, it offers less privacy compared to the other three cabins. However, it remains a wonderful and tranquil retreat, conveniently situated at the top of the hill with no steps to access.

This rustic wooden cabin features an open-air concept with screened-in windows. Each cabin is equipped with ceiling and floor fans for added comfort.
